What does a typical team building event look like? Our workshops are thoughtfully crafted to ensure everyone, regardless of musical skill level, has an amazing and enjoyable experience! Welcome and Introductions: Participants gather as a group to meet the Music Producers, each of whom will be assigned to guide a group. This is a great opportunity to break the ice and set the tone for an exciting session. Group Breakouts: Groups split off to begin working on their song. You can bring a song of your choice or let your Producer select a beginner-friendly option for the group to enjoy. Rehearsal Time: Each group spends about 1.5 hours learning and practicing their song. Band members take on fun roles such as drummer, guitarist, bassist, vocalist, or percussionist (tambourine, shaker, etc.), making the experience collaborative and engaging. Performances: Everyone comes back together in the event space to perform their songs for the rest of the group, celebrating creativity and teamwork as each band takes the stage! We’re also happy to accommodate custom requests to create tailored team-building events.
-
How many people can participate? Our studio can accommodate up to 3 groups of 6–8 participants each, but we’re also flexible and can adjust to suit groups of any size, whether large or small. For larger groups, the event can be hosted at a neighborhood rehearsal studio. The cost is $139 per person.
-
What are your rates? Our rates are currently $139/person.
-
What roles or instruments will each person play?Participants are welcome to choose any instrument they’d like to play—or even sing! Once you’re grouped, your Music Producer will guide a discussion to help everyone decide on their preferred roles within the band.
-
How long is a typical team building event?Team building workshops generally last 3 to 4 hours, but times may vary, based on group size.
-
Do I need to know how to play an instrument? No prior experience with instruments is necessary! Our carefully curated song list features beginner-friendly rhythms and melodies that are easy and fun to learn. Our Music Producers are seasoned professionals with years—often decades—of experience in the music industry. Not only are they skilled at playing a variety of instruments, but they also excel at creating an engaging and unforgettable experience for everyone.
